Week 13 - Test week

 Dear parents 

Test week is always a busy week for the students, and can be very stressful. So please try to help your children as much as you can but please do not give the children too much pressure, try to balance studying with some exercise and relax time. A healthy body is a healthy mind. 

This week we will start a new unit in the Reading Street, 'Antarctic Journal' and will continue class as normal during the test week, but a reminder there will be no homework this week and no quiz on Friday. 

I handed out a form to the students about a teacher-parents meeting. If you'd like to have a chance to talk about your child's performance or any other matter, please fill out the form and return it. The time slots will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. Select 3 different times that will suit you best and I'll allocate an available time to meet. Meeting time will only be about 15 min. If you do not wish to meet, no problem but please inform me so I am aware that the form didn't get lost.

Parent Teacher Conferences Fall 2023-Tr. Justin

Dear Parents,

The school is holding parent-teacher interviews in the week of November 27th –December 1^st. This is a chance for parents to meet with teachers and discuss student progress. Conference times are 15 minutes in length.

If any problems, parents may also contact me directly on LINE with any questions that I can assist with.

The interview time slot form is below, please see the available times. Complete the form at the bottom indicating your preferred THREE timeslots. cut-off and return.  I will allocate conference times in the order that I receive the forms. I will then send the form back to confirm your booking time.
